          "A  customer is the most important person in every businesses. A customer is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. A customer is not interruption of our work- he is the purpose of it. We are not doing a favor by serving him- he is doing us a favor by giving us the opportunity to do so."
          Customer Service is the ability to create a good value or quality of a product or services. It create time and place utility for customers. To provide a service to our beloved customers it can help to produce a loyal and long term relationships and able continue the improvements of a business.The more difficult part of the task starts only getting the customer- that  of retaining him or her for the longer term. This is possible only if the customer is satisfied with the company product or services. A satisfied customer stays loyal longer with the company and its products and services, depending on how we going to deal with them and build a good relationship. Customer satisfaction follow if the customer perception of the customer requirement have been fulfilled.
          Customer Service is about maintaining those relationships.
